VIA Transports Co., Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of Japan (“VIA Blankwear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the wholesale website https://viablankwear.com/ (the “Site”) for approved business customers, through our US branch. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Site.

・Who This Policy Covers
The Site is for business buyers (retailers, screen printers, embroiderers, brands, and other resellers) and their authorized representatives — not individual consumers purchasing for personal use.

・Information We Collect
Wholesale account information: company name, business address, EIN/tax ID, contact name, business email, business phone number.
Tax-exempt documentation: if you upload a resale certificate or seller’s permit to qualify for tax-exempt wholesale pricing, we store it on file to apply that status to your account and for our own tax compliance records.
Order and transaction information: order history, purchase volumes, shipping details, and payment/invoicing information (card or bank details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, collected via cookies and standard site logs to keep the Site secure and functioning.

・How We Use Information
We use collected information to: create and manage your wholesale account; verify business/resale eligibility and apply tax-exempt status where applicable; process, fulfill, and ship orders, including order confirmations and shipment tracking; issue invoices and process payments; respond to inquiries; and prevent fraud and misuse of the Site.

・How We Share Information
We share information with: our US branch (sales and account management); our contracted LA-based 3PL fulfillment provider (shipping); payment processors; our e-commerce platform provider (Shopify); and tax compliance tools, where used. Because we are a Japan-headquartered company, business contact and order information may also be transferred to and processed in Japan by VIA Transports Co., Ltd. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

・Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident whose personal information we hold as a business account contact, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising (we do not currently engage in either). To exercise these rights, contact viablankwear@anytees.com.

・Data Retention
We retain wholesale account, tax documentation, and order records for as long as needed to manage the account relationship and meet tax/accounting recordkeeping obligations.
