As a Japan corporation operating a US-facing wholesale website through a US branch, with fulfillment via a contracted LA-based 3PL, we handle personal information belonging to individual contacts at our wholesale buyer companies in a manner consistent with Japanese and applicable US legal requirements.

Names, business contact details, business addresses, tax/resale documentation, order history, and information voluntarily submitted by wholesale account contacts.

Establishing and managing wholesale accounts; verifying resale/business eligibility and applying tax-exempt status; processing, fulfilling, and invoicing orders; account communications; and complying with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in Japan and the United States.
4. Cross-Border Handling
Personal information collected via the Site or our US branch may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Japan by VIA Transports Co., Ltd., and is also handled by our US branch and contracted LA-based 3PL provider for fulfillment. We apply appropriate safeguards to this cross-border handling.
