・Business Scope
Wholesale (B2B) sales of blank apparel to registered business customers for resale or business use only — not to individual consumers.

・Product Pricing

・Charges Other Than the Product Price
Freight is not included in the product price. Orders are shipped EXW (Ex Works) from our contracted 3PL provider’s facility in Los Angeles, California, and the buyer is responsible for the actual freight cost charged by the carrier.

・Accepted Payment Methods
Cash on delivery (COD) or credit card by default. Subject to credit review, approved wholesale accounts may be offered net (invoice) payment terms at our discretion.

・Payment Timing
Credit card: charged at the time the order is confirmed.
Cash on delivery (COD): paid in cash to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Net terms (approved accounts only): as separately agreed with the account.

・Delivery Timing
Orders ship within 2-4 business days of order confirmation.

・Returns and Exchanges
Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued in advance and are accepted only for defective merchandise or shipping/quantity discrepancies; items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging, and decorated/altered goods cannot be returned. See our Terms of Service for full details.

・Return Shipping Cost
For RA-approved returns due to a product defect or shipping/quantity discrepancy, VIA Blankwear bears the return shipping cost.

・Refund Policy
Approved returns are refunded in full within 10 business days of our receiving the returned merchandise.

・Fulfillment
Orders are shipped via a contracted third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Los Angeles, California.

・Trademarks
“VIA Blankwear” and associated logos are trademarks of VIA Transports Co., Ltd. All other trademarks on the Site belong to their respective owners.
