1. Who can shop with VIA BLANKWEAR?
VIA BLANKWEAR is a business-to-business wholesale store serving screen printers, apparel brands, designers, retailers, artists, and other business customers.
2. Do I need a resale certificate?
If you are purchasing for resale and wish to claim a sales-tax exemption, we may request a valid resale certificate or other supporting documentation.
Requirements vary by state. Applicable sales tax may be charged until your exemption is verified.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
4. Where do you ship from?
U.S. orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner in the Los Angeles, California area.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of $500 or more (after all applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges) qualify for free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States.
For orders below $500 on the same basis, shipping rates depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders are not eligible for free shipping.

6. Can I return blank garments?
Eligible, unaltered blank merchandise may be returned if a return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery and approved in advance.

7. Can I return decorated or washed garments?
No. Printed, embroidered, washed, decorated, or otherwise altered merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange, except as required by applicable law.
Please inspect and test items before decoration.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@viablankwear.com within five business days of delivery for visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items.
Include your order number and photographs when available.
For issues not reasonably detectable upon delivery, please contact us promptly after discovery.
9. Are your prices wholesale prices?
Yes. VIA BLANKWEAR is designed for business customers, and prices displayed in your account are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated.
10. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently serve customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, and France.
Shipping availability and charges depend on the destination.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance or brokerage fees.
11. Can I print or embroider on your products?
Yes. Our blank apparel is intended for customization, including printing and embroidery.
We recommend testing the intended technique before bulk production, as results vary by fabric, construction, and process.
